是由幾個小地區的微處理廠依固定比例組成的咖啡批次
這組成的概念是為了呈現出肯亞咖啡特有的莓果調性，中等明亮的酸質，濃郁的口感
此咖啡『Asali』在台灣被稱為『蜂蜜』，為肯亞的一個咖啡產區。
